Lunch and snacks are served in the Canteen in the gymnasium complex from 13:00 to 13:35. There are a wide variety of healthy food options including sandwiches, salads, wraps, fresh fruit and fruit salads as well as daily hot food specials. Hot food orders can be placed in the morning before school starts. All lunch food is consumed in the school gym or form rooms, when the gym is not available. This ensures no problems from seagulls and helps to keep the site looking clean and tidy. We operate a cashless canteen, which is efficient and parents can easily monitor how much is being spent and what items are being bought.
A canteen card can be ordered by emailing canteen@dls-jersey.co.uk stating your son’s name and year group, your email and contact telephone number. ‘Checkout’ will produce the card and send it to De La Salle with the relevant information printed on the envelope. Parents will also be emailed the account set-up details (please check your junk box in case the email is treated as spam).
Touch Top Canteen Card – Refund Information
At De La Salle College, money loaded onto a student’s Touch Top canteen card remains available for them to use throughout their time at the College.
Refunds are only available when a student leaves the College. At that point, parents or guardians may request a refund of any remaining balance.
