Sixth Form Curriculum

A Levels and BTECs

At De La Salle, you have access to a wide range of study opportunities including both Advanced Level subject-based qualifications and Business and Technology Education Council vocational qualifications. Both A-Levels and BTECs are equivalent Level 3 qualifications, for example carrying equal weighting with respect to UCAS Tariff points for University application.

The A-Levels are predominantly 100% exam-based, with some subjects also comprising coursework, while the BTECs are continually assessed through both coursework and practical projects.
